Heather McLoughlin

Heather joined DMTC for our production of “Sweeney Todd” in 1990.

Since then she has appeared in most of the Society’s musicals and concerts, as well as two pantomimes. She feels especially privileged to have sung the opening notes of our first production at GALA of “Me and My Girl”.

Heather is also a member of both South Shields AOS and the St. Andrew’s Gilbert & Sullivan Society and she has performed an extremely wide range of musical theatre.

She was a founder member of the prestigious Northern Sinfonia Chorus and also sang with the Newcastle City Festival Chorus.

She has taken many other character roles in DMTC productions.
