Richard made his first stage appearance some 18 years ago, when he played the young king, Luiz in the City of Durham Light Opera Group’s production of “The Gondoliers”.
Since then, Richard has gone on to play a number of principal roles with CODLOG, as well as Seaham AOS and Murton AOS.
He has taken part in a wide variety of shows including: “HMS Pinafore”, “Trial by Jury”, “The Zoo”, “The Grand Duke”, “South Pacific”, “Fiddler on the Roof”, “Kiss Me Kate” and “The Merry Widow”.
After a 4-year break, Richard returned to performing last year, when he and his daughter joined DMTC to take part in “Titanic”.
In “Company” Richard plays the part of Amy’s fiancé, Paul- coolly loving to Amy’s neurotic nature.
