Andrew has played for DMTC on may occasions, but this is his first time waving his baton as Musical Director. He is a music graduate of the University of Huddersfield and has worked as a freelance pianist, harpsichordist and teacher for the past 20 years, recently opening his own teaching studio, 1685 Tuition in Whitley Bay. He is active across the region as a musical theatre MD, with recent credits including “Legally Blonde” and “Spamalot” to his name. He also runs two of the Silver programme choirs at the Sage, Gateshead. All this has significantly contributed to the shiny bald patch you will no doubt enjoy from the circle if the first act takes too long!
