Alexandra Walker

Alexandra Walker

Alex made her debut with DMTC at the age of nine playing orphan Mollie in “Annie“, Alex was then a member of the Society for eight years, during which time she played the title roles in two pantomimes: “The Sleeping Beauty” and “Little Red Riding Hood”, as well as several smaller parts in some of our main productions.

In 1998, she went to University to study performance. Since graduating she has played Princess Aurora in a national tour of “The Sleeping Beauty”.

For the past two years Alex has been working as a singer on the northeast’s club land circuit, and recently appeared in the “Showcall Showcase” in Preston.

She is delighted to be able to take part in this latest DMTC production before taking up her place at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London for a master degree in drama.

In “Company” Alex is playing the part of Kathy, a girlfriend of Robert – sweet and very much in need of love.
